Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers for stock orders
  • Receive, pack and deliver stocks to the different counter locations in preparation for Sunday's operations
  • Handle retail operations including cashiering, replenishing stocks, maintaining merchandise displays and retail space
  • Handle administrative work and customer service (including customers' reservations, counter incidents and feedback)
  • Update data on Point Of Sales systems

Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A strong team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work during retail hours, on weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge and experience in cashiering and Point Of Sales systems would be advantageous

English Teacher (Holland)

Responsibilities

Admin Executive (Information Technology Department)

Responsibilities

  • Backend administrator for the department
  • Coordinate and administer Information Technology (IT) related documentation, procurement and budgeting
  • Ensure that all documentation is in proper order for the necessary processing
  • Keep track of invoicing and purchase orders
  • Handle contracts and maintenance renewals
  • Track outstanding procurement forms, contract expiry status and other relevant data
  • Liaise with the Finance department on invoice payment and budgeting
  • Provide support in all admin functions for the department
  • Support IT Ministry in its ministry administration
  • Assist in any other duties as and when necessary

Requirements

  • Possess a diploma with at least 2─3 years’ working experience in backend office support
  • Good understanding of financial and procurement guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to formulate statistics is a plus

Administrative Executive (Chinese Ministry)

Responsibilities

  • Support administration for Worship related matters within the Chinese Ministry
  • Administrate and co-ordinate volunteers’ scheduling, handle dissemination of information, venue bookings, resource preparations and expenses claims
  • Maintain and manage database, inventory list and resource library
  • Partner stakeholders in the planning, administration and execution of Sunday services, special events and ministry recruitment drives
  • Support in all areas of meetings, events and service programming 
  • Liaise with other departments such as Worship, Finance and Procurement

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience; experience in the educational or events management industry would be advantageous
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and online file sharing services
  • Must be mature, meticulous, organised, proactive and a dedicated team player
  • Possess strong administrative, coordination and planning skills
  • Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a good command of spoken and written English as well as the Chinese language
  • Musical knowledge or the ability to play an instrument will be advantageous
  • Able to work on Sundays

Responsibilities

  • Perform general screening, guarding and patrolling duties
  • Manage access and egress control
  • Execute basic incident response plan
  • Handle security and safety systems
  • Monitor CCTV and central alarm system
  • Conduct crowd and vehicle traffic control
  • Manage key press system
  • Assist in execution of evacuation plans and exercises
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security
  • Possess valid security license (SIRD/PLRD)
  • Certified in WSQ licensing core modules
  • Basic literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) will be an advantage
  • Pro-active, team player, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to learn and have a strong determination to excel
  • Able to work rotating shifts including weekends
