English Teacher (Holland)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a well-run, purposeful programme responsive to participants' needs based on the centre’s curriculum
  • Establish positive and productive relationships with parents
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Plan and conduct centre-based activities

Requirements

  • At least a diploma in Early Childhood Studies
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience  
  • Has a love for young children 
  • Intrinsically motivated with good interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills
  • Good team player

Administrative Executive (Chinese Ministry)

Responsibilities

  • Support administration for Worship related matters within the Chinese Ministry
  • Administrate and co-ordinate volunteers’ scheduling, handle dissemination of information, venue bookings, resource preparations and expenses claims
  • Maintain and manage database, inventory list and resource library
  • Partner stakeholders in the planning, administration and execution of Sunday services, special events and ministry recruitment drives
  • Support in all areas of meetings, events and service programming 
  • Liaise with other departments such as Worship, Finance and Procurement

Requirements

  • 1 year of working experience in an administrative support role; fresh graduates with relevant experiences are also welcome to apply
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and online file sharing services
  • Must be mature, meticulous, organised, proactive and a dedicated team player
  • Possess strong administrative, coordination and planning skills
  • Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a good command of spoken and written English as well as the Chinese language
  • Musical knowledge or the ability to play an instrument will be advantageous
  • Able to work on Sundays

Network Engineer (Information Technology Department)

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks for network and system management which encompasses performance monitoring and management, fault management, incident management and troubleshooting of recurring issues
  • Provide technical recommendations as and when necessary on matters relating to network technologies and administration
  • Undertake installations, configurations and maintenance of network systems
  • Work with project team members closely to complete assigned tasks
  • Ensure that all networks, systems, security and application infrastructure are running efficiently
  • Use analytics to solve complex network challenges

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in managing LAN and WAN networks, involving devices such as routers, switches, load balancers and NAC
  • Familiar with cloud architectures like Azure and AWS
  • In-dept knowledge and 2–3 years of  hands-on experience in designing and implementation of LAN
  • Experience in managing Cisco and Juniper equipment and access controls
  • Experience in managing Aruba wireless environment
  • Able to work independently in designing, setting up and troubleshooting of networks
  • Experience in managing of vendors/help desk in implementation of projects or maintenance of systems
  • Experience in managing a network environment over multiple sites
  • Experience in IT security and network policies
  • Knowledge and experience maintaining WAN, involving a MPLS network
  • Knowledge and experience in managing network management tools
  • Knowledge in the area of IT security and experience in handling security appliances such as Firewalls and IPS
  • Knowledge and experience with DNS setups
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification would be an additional advantage

Finance Executive

Responsibilities

  • Process petty-cash reimbursement requests and payments via GIRO or cheque
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and generate asset tags
  • Reconcile collection and expenditure for events and close these accounts on a monthly basis
  • Maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Update and track purchase requisitions and utilisation
  • General administrative support and related ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Knowledge of Accpac accounting software will be advantageous
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Willing to work on Sundays

Designer/ Senior Designer (Communications Department)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visuals for communications projects, including church collaterals, publications, social media platforms, churchwide campaigns, etc
  • Assist the art director and develop refreshing visual/creative concepts for communications projects, including churchwide campaigns, etc
  • Design and develop stage backdrops for major services and special events
  • Develop illustrations or branding for key church projects
  • Assist the art director with organising and managing projects and timelines where necessary
  • Work with the production specialist to determine the best production options
  • Help to consolidate the photographs taken and archive them according to set parameters; identify relevant photographs for various projects
  • Liaise with internal clients on some projects where necessary
  • Help to manage the design volunteers where necessary
  • Be able and willing to work on weekends as required

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess at least a diploma in Graphic Design, or a very good foundation in design and branding
  • Excellent proficiency in design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Having a working knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be good but not a must
  • Excellent illustration skills with a strong sense of composition, colour, movement, texture, etc
  • Experience with digital design (e.g. GIF or animations for social media platforms)
  • Able to think out of the box, yet design to the brief
  • Possess a good eye for details, is energetic, creative, and a proactive team player
  • Able to work well under pressure and with tight timelines
  • 3 years of working experience or more

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security
