English Teacher (Holland)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a well-run, purposeful programme responsive to participants' needs based on the centre’s curriculum
  • Establish positive and productive relationships with parents
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Plan and conduct centre-based activities

Requirements

  • At least a diploma in Early Childhood Studies
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience  
  • Has a love for young children 
  • Intrinsically motivated with good interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills
  • Good team player

Communications Professionals

We are on the lookout for experienced professionals to create communications perspectives that connect people with the gospel of grace.

You may have a knack for compelling copy, or you may enjoy helping people get answers to their queries. You could have skills in public/media relations, corporate communications knowhow, social media expertise, or administrative and project management talents.

Preferred skills and traits

  • At least three years or more of working experience in the field of communications as described above.
  • Degree/diploma in mass communications, public relations, advertising or a related area.

Technology Operations Executive

Responsibilities

An application support and helpdesk lead, responsible for supporting level 1 system life cycles.

  • Provide technical training, guidance and resource support for end users and the department’s staff
  • Provide application support and enhancements to existing applications
  • Propose system requirements, priorities and viable alternatives
  • Able to take user feedback and issues, and derive effective and user-centric solutions
  • Assist to develop user documentation that impacts the use of application systems
  • Assess the quality of the support provided to both internal and external end users continually
  • Handle inquiries from call centre and monitor call centre operations.
  • Meet with supervisor to provide helpdesk status reporting and QA results
  • Lead the helpdesk support function for online church life system (NOAH) and ensure quality support is provided to end users
  • Perform quality assurance of bug fixes and enhancements in NOAH by understanding the stakeholders’ requirements and coordinating with IT vendors to perform system UAT
  • Lead the deployments for enhancement and bug fixes for NOAH
  • Participate in improvement projects for IT operations

Requirements

  • At least a diploma in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent
  • A least 2 years of relevant working experience as an application specialist
  • Candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred
  • Proven track record in customer and vendor management is needed as responsibilities require direct user interaction
  • Possess technical knowledge of MS SQL and API development; technical knowledge of ASP.Net, Postges, Mongo, Cloud environment, Esri, Crystal Reports and Tableau would be a bonus
  • Able to work in Linux and Windows environment
  • Able to manage and deploy in IIS and Apache2 or node.js web services
  • Able to design and execute test cases well
  • Must be willing to work on occasional weekends or weekend nights

Admin Executive (Information Technology Department)

Responsibilities

  • Backend administrator for the department
  • Coordinate and administer Information Technology (IT) related documentation, procurement and budgeting
  • Ensure that all documentation is in proper order for the necessary processing
  • Keep track of invoicing and purchase orders
  • Handle contracts and maintenance renewals
  • Track outstanding procurement forms, contract expiry status and other relevant data
  • Liaise with the Finance department on invoice payment and budgeting
  • Provide support in all admin functions for the department
  • Support IT Ministry in its ministry administration
  • Assist in any other duties as and when necessary

Requirements

  • Possess a diploma with at least 2─3 years’ working experience in backend office support
  • Good understanding of financial and procurement guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to formulate statistics is a plus
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Independent and a good team player
