Hi church, good news! Glorious and Beautiful, the latest song by New Creation Worship that declares the beauty and perfection of our King and Saviour, has been released on iTunes, Spotify and Amazon.

At the same time, we have also released three other songs, Love Magnificent, 139 and Hope Of Glory, as well as the instrumental version of Anthem Of Grace, the album we launched in 2015, on these digital music platforms.

We trust you will be blessed as you listen to these songs that are all about Jesus.

To find out more about these songs, click here to visit our Resources page.

You can also search for them on iTunes, Spotify or Amazon using the keyword “New Creation Worship”.

Can you hear…
a still small voice
the voice of love
calling us to Him

On the cross
Because He cried, “FINISHED!”
His voice today becomes my heart’s cry

The cry grows into a roar
the roar echoes into an anthem
the ANTHEM OF GRACE

Anthem Of Grace, the brand new album by New Creation Worship, is now available! Check out our Resources page to hear snippets of the songs in the album.

The album is available on service days at NCC Resource:

  • The Star Performing Arts Centre (Level 5)
  • Outside Marina Bay Sands Ballrooms
  • Cinema venues (Front of halls)

You may also place your order online via Rock Gifts & Book Centre.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by your fears and doubts,
when try as you might, you can’t seem to get up from the pits?
Have you had to put up a front so that no one will know
how utterly low you’ve gone?
Many of us have.

But we can be stronger if we let the light of our Lord
shine into the darkness of our lives.
We can be stronger if we would let His love in,
to fill us and mend the broken pieces of our hearts.

When you feel that there is nothing left,
know that you still have the stronger One,
our Lord Jesus Christ, who will make you stronger,
whose hope is unshakeable,
whose light shines ever brighter.

“Stronger” is now available on major music platforms like iTunesSpotify, and Amazon.

But to you who fear My name the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings. (Malachi 4:2)

Beloveds, God has the power to heal and He wants you whole and well!

Come join us at our Healing Room after the services on Sundays and let us pray with you for healing:

  • The Star Performing Arts Centre (Level 7)
  • Marina Bay Sands Ballrooms (Please approach our ambassadors/ushers for directions.)

If you are seated at our cinema venues, please proceed to our Connect Points.

23 March 2016

One year on, together with Singapore, we honour the memory of our founding prime minister, Mr Lee Kuan Yew.

23 March 2015

As a church, we mourn the loss of Mr Lee Kuan Yew, one of Singapore’s founding fathers who made a tremendous difference to the success and prosperity of the country and its citizens. We pray for the Lord’s comfort and strength on Mr Lee’s loved ones during this difficult time, and for His abundant blessings and favour to continue to be on them and our nation.

Together with his pioneering team of leaders, Mr Lee laid the foundation stones of modern-day Singapore and devoted most of his life to serving the people of this nation. His wisdom and dedication resulted in the incredible growth of a small nation. He was truly a great blessing to this country.

Our Senior Pastor Joseph Prince, who has always taught us to have a culture of honour and to show respect and appreciation where it is due, commissioned the youth to honour Mr Lee in a public way. This inspired our youth Dominic Chin to appreciate and honour Mr Lee with a song he wrote and recorded in 2014.

This song was performed as a tribute to Mr Lee at our English services on 29 March 2015, the day of the State Funeral.

Click here to view a video of the performance.

On 22 May 2015, we presented a digital painting of Mr Lee to his son, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, to express our love and appreciation for Mr Lee, and our continued prayers for the family and Singapore.

Our artist Patrick Lee completed the painting in nine hours after he learnt of the demise of Mr Lee.

Celebrating Singapore's 50th birthday means helping the underprivileged in our nation too. In the months leading up to National Day on 9 August 2015, our Outreach Ministry reached out to different segments of our society through a series of outreach activities to show them that we care.

Blessing underprivileged children

On 26 May 2015, a small team of volunteers were in Woodlands Garden School, a MINDS Special Education School that serves the learning needs of children with intellectual disabilities, to bring gifts of new school shoes and socks to students from low-income families.

Click here to read more about this outreach event.

In addition, needy students under the Financial Assistance Scheme in Angsana Primary School and Greendale Primary School received gift vouchers to buy new school shoes and socks.

Through this Happy Feet Project, we blessed a total of 700 underprivileged students with $21,000 worth of gift vouchers.

Appreciating domestic workers

In the month of June, we organised a lunch party to appreciate and celebrate Filipino domestic helpers in Singapore, and give them a taste of home away from home.

Click here to read more.

Better homes for needy families

Recognising that low-income families have to cope without basic household items, more than 170 volunteers made home visits to needy households in the Queenstown area over two Saturdays in July to deliver gift vouchers for essential home appliances or furniture.

Helping our nation’s pioneer generation

In the month of August, we will be distributing more than $100,000 worth of supermarket gift vouchers to 1,080 underprivileged elderly to help them with the cost of daily groceries.

The first day of this programme took place on 1 August 2015. Click here to read more about it.

30 Sep 2015, 9.45am

Our English and Chinese services, DARE services (for secondary school students), as well as classes for our children’s ministry Rock Kidz, will continue to take place on Sundays at the various service venues.

If you feel unwell at our service venues, please approach our ushers for assistance.

Any further updates on our services in relation to the haze will be shared here and on Facebook at www.facebook.com/nccsg.

In line with the health advisory from the National Environment Agency (NEA), elderly people, pregnant women, children and persons with chronic medical conditions, especially lung or heart ailments, are encouraged to wear respiratory masks and avoid physical exertion and outdoor activities.

Parents, do consider having your children rest at home if they are unwell or have respiratory ailments. For the latest haze updates and health advisories, please visit the NEA website.

Beloved in Christ, regardless of the situation, let us continue to pray for the haze to clear and put our trust in God as our refuge and fortress (ref: Psalm 91:2)!

Every Sunday, unsung heroes work behind the scenes to ensure the security and accountability of the tithes and offerings we receive.

Security personnel, including armed security officers, are deployed across all service venues. Our service venues are also monitored with surveillance cameras.

Processes have been put in place for clear accountability. The collection boxes are designed to be sturdy, heavy and immovable. The boxes are secured by lock and key and can only be opened by a select group comprising at least one full-time staff, one security server and a professional armed security personnel.

The counting and recording of all cash, cheques and gifts are done centrally in a counting room monitored by surveillance cameras. Access to this room and its surrounding area is stringently controlled by our security team, restricted only to a select group of volunteers, leaders and staff.

Our auditors make routine visits to our Sunday services to observe this aspect of the operations, part of an annual statutory audit. When present, they will also witness the cash counting and recording process in the counting room.

For added security, every person in the counting room, including the auditors, are required to wear a specially designed pocketless apron.

Movements of money between all our venues and the delivery of the total collection to the bank is handled by armed cash-in-transit specialists from AETOS and Certis Cisco.

Clad in pocketless aprons, the team sorts
and counts the givings in a monitored room.
Sealed money bags are securely
transferred to armed cash-in-transit
specialists.

We recognise and appreciate that all giving by our members and visitors are voluntary and an act of worship from them to God. It is precious to God and it is important that we have tight security and accountability over the giving.

Other principles of accountability

The giving we receive is used for the work of God’s kingdom, in line with our church’s vision and mission. If a member designates who or what a giving should go to, we will endeavour to accomplish that accordingly.

We apply good governance principles in our operations and are continually vigilant over our financial processes and accountability to our members and the governing authorities.

There is a strict no-refund policy in place that will deter attempts at money laundering or financial shenanigans through contributions to the church. Should we discover or even just suspect any attempt to launder money or finance crime and terrorism through the giving to our church, or links between criminal activities and givers or recipients of our church’s community outreach work, we will not hesitate to make a report to the relevant authority.

The Star Performing Arts Centre (The Star PAC) is a commercial entity, fully owned by Rock Productions Pte Ltd (Rock), the business arm of New Creation Church (NCC).

As a venue, The Star PAC is open and available for hiring by impresarios, concert organisers, institutions and commercial organisations.

The Star PAC operates its business independently from NCC with a strict arms-length policy in place. Pastor Joseph Prince serves as a volunteer Senior Pastor of NCC. He does not sit on NCC’s board and he is neither involved nor kept abreast of management decisions of the business entities under Rock.

Conditions set forth by the authorities in the tender award to Rock states clearly that Rock will “operate the 5,000 seat performing arts venue on a purely commercial basis and will not implement any leasing or pricing policies that will discriminate between religious groups, institutions or organisations from hiring the venue”.

All public events held at The Star PAC and other venues in Singapore require a Public Entertainment License, which is issued by the Singapore Police Force. We have government bodies including the Media Development Authority dealing with issues of public decency and we have the utmost confidence in their policies and ability to protect the interest of the general public.

Any event or concert presented at The Star PAC should not be misconstrued or misunderstood as having NCC approving of its artistic presentation or endorsing the lifestyle of the performer.

Concerts are a celebration of the arts and the artistes, and The Star PAC remains a performing arts venue that serves to enrich and inspire the arts and culture in Singapore.

The doors to The Star Theatre, The Star Performing Arts Centre (The Star PAC) now have new numbers which makes it easier for our congregation and visitors to find the doors to their seats.

These new door numbers reflect the level the door is on, and have an alphabet to differentiate among the doors on that level. For example, door 7A is the first door from the left on Level 7. See the plans below for more details or visit The Star PAC microsite.

Your seat booking confirmation notice for services in The Star Theatre reflects these new door numbers. Do note that the seat numbers and directions remain the same. If you need help, just ask our friendly ambassadors (in green polo shirts) and ushers (in white shirts) for directions.

Our Chinese services are now held at Marina Bay Sands, Sands Expo and Convention Centre (MBS) on Level 4.

The venue is easily accessible by public transport, and our English services and children’s ministry Rock Kidz are also there on Sundays. Now, almost everyone in the family can attend services together at MBS — adults who are more comfortable in English, those who prefer Chinese, and the kids.

What’s more, the Chinese services are starting earlier in the morning, at the same time as the English services. This means more time to fellowship after church, even with family and friends from the first and second English services.

It has been on our Senior Pastor Joseph Prince’s heart for the past few years to honour one of Singapore’s founding fathers Mr Lee Kuan Yew in a public way, and he commissioned the youth to undertake this.

Inspired, our youth Dominic Chin composed a song and produced a music video on it together with friends from the youth ministry. Praise the Lord that he has caught the heart of being thankful, and of showing respect and honour (Romans 13:7)!

In New Creation Church, we have witnessed a tremendous increase in attendance from 3,000 church members in the late 1990s to a 31,000-strong congregation today. This is the result of preaching the gospel of grace without compromise for more than a decade. Today, this life-transforming message is available to millions more around the world via Senior Pastor Joseph Prince’s and New Creation Church’s TV broadcast ministries.

As the Lord continues to grow our reach and open doors for us to bring the gospel of grace to the ends of the earth, we felt it was time for a change. We have refreshed our logo to better reflect who we are today. On Sunday, 6 April 2014, an animation video showcasing our new look was unveiled in our church services:

As many of us already know, hei is the fifth letter of the Hebrew alphabet and represents the number 5. Its pictorial representation is a window and the word itself speaks of the grace and goodness of God.

Therefore, we have chosen to incorporate ה (hei) into our new logo to express the grace we experience through our Lord Jesus Christ and our vision to unveil Him through the preaching of the gospel of grace.

In addition, the modern script for ה (hei) bears a striking resemblance to the English letter “n”, lending itself perfectly to our abbreviation and logo for "new creation church" — הcc.

The iconic ה (hei) is also highly visible and scalable for print, digital and mobile applications, symbolising our desire to communicate God’s grace on all platforms.

We’ve not forgotten about the diversity that makes up our dynamic church community, and that’s why we created a round, friendlier typeface and colourful palette to represent the vibrant church life we endeavour to continue building.

Beloveds, we’re sharing this news with you because we value you. Thank you for being a part of our family and building church life with us! We pray that grace and peace be multiplied to you as you grow together with us in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. (2 Peter 1:2) Exciting times are ahead and we can’t wait to see Jesus work mightily in this end-time gospel revolution that is so much a part of God’s heart.
