We Care

Global Outreach & Local Community Involvement Programmes

Having been blessed to be a blessing, it is our privilege to care and share the good news with people around us. Be it offering our time, services or financial assistance, we put words into action and make an impact on someone else’s life!

In God, We Shine!

Smiles broke out as the Chinese Ministry held its first Saturday service at the newly renovated Shine Auditorium (formerly Prince Theatre) on 1 October 2011. Conveniently located at Shaw Tower along Beach Road, Shine Auditorium is close to Suntec City’s amenities, has ample parking and more than 1,600 seats.

“Everyone just felt so at home in our new venue,” said Denise Toh, Senior Executive of the Chinese Department.

Mdm Yip has been attending the Chinese Ministry for over five years and was excited about the new service venue. “I left my house earlier than usual as I wanted to check the place out,” Mdm Yip said. “The auditorium is very beautiful!”

The congregation also partook of the Holy Communion together and waved light sticks around to symbolise a “wave offering” to Jesus for the new venue.
