Chinese New Year Ang Pao Distribution To The Elderly
What a joy to be able to bless the elderly with ang paos (red packets with money) during the weeks leading up to Chinese New Year!
At a celebration dinner in Boon Lay on Saturday, 3 February 2018, Pastor Lawrence Lim represented our church to give out the ang paos together with Mr Patrick Tay, BBM, Adviser to Boon Lay Grassroots Organisations and Member of Parliament for West Coast Group Representation Constituency.
On Sunday, 11 February 2018, our council member, Deacon Matthew Kang, was at a celebration luncheon in Marsiling where he also gave out ang paos to the elderly residents with Mr Lawrence Wong, Minister for National Development, Second Minister for Finance and Adviser to the grassroots organisations of Marsiling-Yew Tee Group Representation Constituency.
