Declaring
God's Goodness

Early in our marriage, our entire world crumbled when my husband left me for another woman. The pain was deep, leading to a two-year separation that brought us to the very brink of divorce.

But the Lord stepped in and turned things around. During that painful season, He did a deep work in my heart, bringing me complete healing and giving me the grace to forgive. Against all odds, He rekindled our love, and we fell in love all over again. My husband gave his life to Jesus and was water baptised right here in this church.

We started our lives afresh with no savings, no financial safety net and no master plan. Yet, the Lord faithfully provided for our needs, enabling my husband to complete his diploma, continue working and eventually earn his degree.

When we felt ready to trust God for a child, I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which affected my fertility. As we continued taking our prescribed medication, we declared God’s promises over our bodies: The Lord fights for us. By His stripes, I am healed, and we shall not lack.

I vividly remember attending a service when Pastor Prince called for couples who were trusting God for a child to stand. We stood up, anchoring our faith in the Lord.

Some time later, we rejoiced over a positive pregnancy test, only to be heartbroken by a miscarriage four weeks later. It was a severe test of our faith. A couple of months later, as my husband walked across the stage at his graduation, we still felt a profound emptiness as we grieved our loss. Little did we know that God was already writing the next chapter. I was pregnant again!

Throughout this journey, we held fast to the truth of the divine exchange at the cross. Because Jesus gave His life for us, we knew we could trust Him for healing, restoration and the gift of a family.

The pregnancy wasn't easy. Just one week before delivery, a scan revealed that the umbilical cord was wrapped tightly around our baby's neck. But God had the final word! I went through an induced labour without an epidural and delivered our son naturally, with the cord completely clear of his neck!

God's timing was perfect, down to the smallest detail. Before our son was born, the Lord graciously blessed us with a new home and enabled my husband to complete his degree. And after eight long years of waiting, He blessed us with a healthy, adorable baby boy, whom we named Gabriel, meaning "God is my strength". Praise the Lord!

I am in my 60s, but I am still quite active and fit. Last November, I was admitted to hospital for the first time in my life after becoming very dizzy and breathless. It was discovered that my heart had been stopping intermittently and the doctor immediately inserted a temporary pacemaker.

During my hospitalisation, my family members, ministry pastor, leaders, friends, and the church’s prayer team all prayed for me. I am also so thankful to have sat under Pastor Prince’s ministry for more than 20 years. Despite the bad reports, I had peace, knowing that I am God’s beloved. Throughout the entire time, I continuously played Pastor Prince’s Healing Scriptures on the television in my room.

As the days passed, the doctors could not find the root cause of my condition and told me that the likelihood of needing a permanent pacemaker was high. One night, I came down with an infection and was immediately treated for it. The doctor then suspected that I might have contracted an infection while overseas months earlier, which had affected my heart.

After this episode, my heart started beating independently again, and I was discharged shortly afterwards. However, when I returned for my first 24-hour Holter monitor review, the results were very concerning. They found more than 2,000 heart pauses lasting longer than 2.5 seconds, with the longest pause lasting 4.9 seconds.

My doctor said that, based on those results, the probability of recovery was very low and that I would need a permanent pacemaker.

I decided, together with my doctor, to arrange a second 24-hour Holter monitor test about a month later and postpone the pacemaker surgery. I trusted that God would heal me completely and would not do an incomplete work. I continued to listen to Pastor Prince’s sermons, pray, meditate on healing scriptures, and partake of the holy Communion daily. I also submitted my prayer request for my heart to be completely restored.

On the day of the second Holter monitor review, by God’s grace, the report was good. The doctor said that no atrial fibrillation had been detected and that there was no heart blockage. Therefore, there was no need for a permanent pacemaker.

More recently, in April, I attended another follow-up review and received yet another good report from my doctor. God has healed my heart.

Praise the Lord! Thank You, Jesus! All glory to God.

I suffered from seronegative rheumatoid arthritis for more than 17 years, enduring constant joint swelling, stiffness and pain. To manage the condition, I took strong medication—including mild chemotherapy drugs—for many years. As a result, I experienced severe vertigo and a constant heaviness in my head, as though I were wearing a heavy helmet.

Over time, the side effects became so debilitating that I could no longer go to work. I lacked the strength even to talk or shower on my own. A specialist warned me that if I stopped taking the medication, the inflammation in my joints would spread like a fire through a forest, and he would not be able to save me. He recommended that I switch to biologic medication for rheumatoid arthritis, but it was more than three times as expensive.

I sought help from both Western and traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, trying various treatments, but nothing brought lasting relief. The strong Chinese herbal medication also took a toll on my digestive system, and my overall health continued to fluctuate.

Deep down, I knew that Jesus is the greatest Healer. When my symptoms became overwhelming, I prayed to Him again and again and continued trusting the Lord for answers. Then, I was introduced to Pastor Prince's teachings. Even though I was weak and suffering greatly, I chose to listen to Pastor Prince's sermons continually.

Gradually, I came to understand the true meaning and essence of healing. I began praying in tongues and declaring, "By Jesus' stripes, I am healed." Through Pastor Prince's teachings, I gained a deeper revelation of Jesus' love and finished work in my life.

After a few years of listening to Pastor Prince’s teachings, the heaviness in my head and the vertigo gradually disappeared. My medical test results also confirmed that I no longer had rheumatoid arthritis.

Thank you, Pastor Prince, for revealing the depth of Christ's love to me during my valley season. I will always remember your creative illustrations and the many testimonies that encouraged and transformed me. All glory to God for His healing in my life.

Several years ago, shortly after getting married, I was diagnosed with a severe acute illness. My lungs were 90 per cent damaged, and I was also pregnant with my first child through an insemination programme.

I was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU), and the doctors declared that my condition was critical. They said that even if I survived, I would never fully recover because my lung function had already deteriorated so badly. They also told me that I might need to carry an oxygen tube with me wherever I went.

Not long afterwards, I received heartbreaking news—our baby did not survive. Perhaps it was because I was on very strong medication and had undergone high-radiation scans. Deep sorrow and disappointment filled my heart. I cried and could only pray until I fell asleep.

In the midst of the pain and silence, I heard a gentle whisper: "The battle is MINE. Rest." The next morning, I felt so much better. I could lift my head, and my healing began. I chose to keep believing and praising God.

At the beginning of my stay in hospital, my husband brought me many of Pastor Prince's DVDs on healing and encouraged me to keep listening to them day and night. I continued listening to the messages, and we also partook of the holy Communion and held on to the anointing oil in faith, trusting that God is good and that He would fight this battle for me.

Even when the medical reports brought nothing but bad news, we believed that the giants were only temporary. After just two weeks in hospital, I officially received a medical diagnosis called spontaneous remission, a term commonly used to describe unexpected recoveries from critical conditions. As a believer, I call it a MIRACLE. When the doctors said it was impossible for me to fully recover, Jesus Himself came to rescue me. I was fully healed and restored.

A week after my discharge, God gave me a strong desire to serve in my church in Jakarta as a worship leader, and I have been serving there ever since. Not only that, months after losing my first baby, I became pregnant again—this time naturally. At the age of 39, I gave birth to my first son and, a year later, at the age of 40, I gave birth to my second son!

When we surrender all our hopes, tears, and brokenness to the Lord, He restores everything we once lost. God has truly worked through Pastor Prince and my senior pastor in my local church. I am grateful to be able to testify of God's goodness so that Jesus may be glorified!

My husband and I had been married for five years when, around our third year of marriage, our relationship began to fall apart. Eventually, we reached breaking point and agreed to give our marriage one final chance. If nothing changed, we would get divorced.

Some time later, a dear friend from New Creation Church invited me to her home for a Christmas gathering. I experienced such genuine love and kindness from her and her friends, and I was inspired by the way she and her husband cared for one another. It gave me a beautiful picture of what a Christ-centred marriage could look like.

One day, my friend said something that stayed with me: "Jesus can revive anything, including marriages." Those words remained in my heart throughout the year. She also shared how her family had begun praying together and praying for one another, which inspired me to do the same with my husband.

One evening, I asked my husband if we could say grace before dinner. Although he wasn't a Christian, he readily agreed. Later, I asked if we could pray for one another by speaking aloud what we wanted God to do in each other's lives. It felt awkward and unfamiliar, and our prayers were hesitant and clumsy, but we chose to pray anyway. Those simple prayers became the beginning of God's miraculous work in our marriage.

Over the following months, our relationship gradually began to change. There was more peace, greater understanding, and less conflict. Then came one of the greatest miracles. One Sunday, my husband agreed to come to church with me for the very first time. After the service, he thanked me for bringing him and said that no one had ever invited him to church before.

The greatest miracle came on Sunday, 17 May 2026. Pastor Prince was preaching that morning, and at the end of the service, my husband responded to the altar call and prayed to receive Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour. Watching my husband receive Christ was one of the happiest moments of my life.

Today, our marriage is not perfect, but it has been transformed. Day by day, God is shaping us to become more like Christ and to walk in the fullness of His promises for our marriage. Jesus is now at the centre of our relationship. We have more peace, more love, more forgiveness, and more grace for one another. Jesus didn't just save our marriage—He saved both of us.

About a year ago, my 74-year-old father was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour in his oesophagus. Having drifted away from the Lord over the years, he was facing a daunting battle. A care group member encouraged me to pray not only for his physical healing but also for a change of heart.

When my father showed me his doctor's report, radiotherapy or chemotherapy was recommended, though without any guarantees. I chose not to be overwhelmed by the medical details and instead focused on God's promises. On his report, I wrote, "As Jesus is, so is he in this world" (1 John 4:17). I encouraged my father to partake of the Holy Communion daily, anointed him with oil, gave him Pastor Prince's Chinese book on the Holy Communion, and urged him to declare, "By Jesus' stripes I am healed." My care group also stood faithfully with us in prayer.

Then, during a Sunday service, Pastor Prince prayed for tumours to be gone. I translated that segment into Chinese and sent the video clips to my father. Even as subsequent reviews led to further scans and recommendations for treatment, my daily devotions reminded me to cast my cares upon the Lord and keep my eyes fixed on Jesus.

The Lord was working spiritually as well. I brought my father to a healing service led by Pastor Henry and also to the Chinese service at Marina Bay Sands. During the Chinese service, my father raised his hand to respond to Christ once again.

Then, in The Year of Much More, we continued to expect God's goodness. In February, my father's blood test results came back clear. The major breakthrough came a month later, when follow-up reviews confirmed that all traces of cancer had disappeared. The doctor remarked that the likelihood of such a recovery was around 1 per cent.

More recently, a follow-up CT scan once again showed no trace of cancer, leading the doctor to discontinue any further chemotherapy. Finally, on 14 July 2026, my father was officially declared cancer-free and required no further chemotherapy or cancer medication. Shortly afterwards, my parents celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary together in Batam.

Looking back, I can see God's faithfulness at every stage—not only in my father's physical healing and protection, but also in drawing his heart back to Christ, surrounding us with a praying care group, and strengthening our faith through His Word.
