1. In-Person Services
If you are attending our in-person services, our pastors and leaders will be present at our service venues to pray with you. Simply approach any of our ushers on ground for directions to our Connect Points or Healing Room.
2. YouTube Live Chat
If you are tuning in to our 8.30pm online English service on YouTube, we welcome you to be a part of our live chat and allow our pastors and leaders to pray with you.
3. Submit Your Prayer Request

You Are Not Alone
If you are hurting or going through a difficult season, you are not alone. Our counsellors are here to listen and to encourage you with the Word of God.
Please submit your request through our online form and we will get in touch with you. Alternatively, you can also reach out to our Pastoral Care Helpline at 6338 4555 during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) to make an appointment to meet with our counsellors.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
New Creation Church offers short-term, Christ-centred counselling sessions to help members navigate life's challenges.
You do not need to see a counsellor for prayer support. You can click here to submit your prayer request and our prayer team will be praying for you.
Upon receiving your request, we will contact you via phone or email within 3 to 5 working days to arrange for a counselling session for you.
The counselling team is made up of counsellors who are experienced in pastoral counselling.
We advise that the individual who is seeking counselling to reach out to us personally. This is to ensure the confidentiality of any personal data or sensitive information shared.
All information disclosed during counseling sessions is held in strict confidence. Exceptions are made only under the following circumstances:
- suspected abuse or harm,
- if the counsellee poses a risk to themselves, others, or property,
- or when legal obligations necessitate disclosure.
Sessions are conducted on weekdays during office hours, and are scheduled by appointment only.
We are here to support our congregation members in times of need, and we do not charge any fees for our counselling services.
Widows Support Group
It is on God's heart to take special care of the widows among us (Psalm 146:9).
If you are looking for support to cope with the challenges you face as a widow, we are here to journey with you and help you find hope and encouragement in Christ.
Our Widows Support Group was officially formed in 2018 to extend care to the widows in our church. It is a place where these precious ladies can gather in small groups to find help to cope with their challenges, and receive support by praying for one another and encouraging each other from the Word.

Bereavement
The heart of our bereavement team is to offer help in your season of grief.
If your spouse, child, parent, sibling or grandparent has passed on, we are here to comfort, and assist you and your family during this difficult time.
At your request, our team can provide practical help in planning your loved one’s funeral and/or arranging pastoral support. Please call us at 9735 5724. This helpline is available at any time of the day.
Weddings
Getting married? Congratulations!
At New Creation Church, we believe that marriage is God’s design, and He desires for you to have a fulfilling and victorious married life!
We have services to support couples who are getting married. You can avail yourselves to these services if both you and your fiancé/fiancée:
- are believers and have been attending New Creation Church regularly for at least six months,
- reside in Singapore and consider New Creation Church your home church, and
- have not registered your marriage with the Registry of Marriages

Holy Matrimony With Solemnisation
A Christian Wedding Ceremony officiated by one of our pastors, at your wedding venue on a Saturday.
At least nine months advance notice required, subject to availability of date.
Solemnisation Only
A signing ceremony of the marriage certificate at our premises on a weekday.
At least nine months advance notice required, subject to availability of date.
Marriage Preparation Programme

Pre- And Post-Natal Prayer Support

Whether you are eagerly anticipating the arrival of your little one or basking in the joy of having just welcome a newborn (0 to 6 months old), congratulations! Motherhood is an exciting journey, and we are here to support you in prayer. Our pre- and post-natal prayer support consists of experienced mothers ready to stand with you in prayer, starting from your pregnancy journey and continuing even after delivery, all on a one-on-one basis.

If you do not wish to be contacted, you can specify this in your request. We will include you in our prayers without reaching out to you directly.
We recommend that the individual seeking prayer contacts us directly for more personalised pastoral care. This approach ensures the protection of personal data of our members, as it may involve private and sensitive information.
Our care groups are a great place to share God's love through the Word, fellowship, and connect with like-minded believers in a small group setting. We also offer care groups specifically for parents with young children, which you are welcome to join!
In these groups, you will find encouragement for your daily walk with Jesus, build strong kingdom friendships, and learn from other parents in similar stages of life. If New Creation Church is your home church, we invite you to join us in fellowship.

Baby Dedication
We regularly host baby dedications at our Marina Bay Sands Ballrooms service venue every alternate month. During these dedications, we offer a special blessing for newborns aged 12 months and below.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our baby dedication sessions take place at our service venue at Marina Bay Sands Ballrooms on a Sunday, occurring bimonthly.
The sessions are scheduled for the following months:
- January
- March
- May
- July
- September
- November
Registration for each session opens in the first week of the preceding month, specifically in December, February, April, June, August, and October.
The sessions typically take place after the 2nd service. You will receive a confirmation email with event details upon successful registration.
If you need to postpone due to unforeseen circumstances, please write to us to adjust or cancel your child's dedication slot.

Yes, siblings aged 12 months or under can be dedicated together.
Currently, due to space limitations, baby dedications are only held at Marina Bay Sands Ballrooms on Sundays every alternate month.
You may invite up to six family members and friends, not including the baby’s parents, due to venue capacity.
Each baby will receive a baby bible and a blessing card instead of a certificate.

Hospitalisation
Are you or your loved one undergoing hospital care?
If you are a church member residing in Singapore and would like to request for a hospital visit from a church leader to minister to you or your loved one, please contact Pastoral Services at 6338 4555 (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm) or 9170 8114 (Monday–Friday, 7am–9am & 6pm–10pm; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, 7am–10pm).
Financial Assistance
New Creation Church's financial assistance scheme is set out to provide short-term interim support to church members going through financial distress to meet their basic living needs (e.g. utility bills, groceries, etc.).
The scheme is only applicable to members of New Creation Church who reside in Singapore and have made New Creation Church their home church.
