We seek your understanding that food and drinks (except water) are not allowed in the halls/theatres. However, we do serve tea and coffee at the Connect Points at most of our service venues and they are on the house! 

No booking of seats is required to attend our services. We welcome you to walk in to worship with us at any of our service venues! 

While there is no formal dress code at New Creation Church, we recommend smart casual attire. You may wish to bring along a jacket to keep yourself warm in the theatre. 

Typically, our service lasts for approximately 2 hours.

If you are bringing kids aged 2 months to 12 years old along, we highly recommend they attend our Rock Kidz children's classes at The Star PAC or MBS Ballrooms where they can take part in age-appropriate programmes specially designed for them. 

We apologise that we are unable to accommodate young children in the theatre/ballrooms as the sound levels during live recordings and worship experiences may not be suitable for them.

Nevertheless, we do have dedicated rooms set aside for parents with kids at our venues. Please don't hesitate to ask our friendly ushers for directions.

Sign language interpretation is available every Sunday at our 2.30pm English service at The Star PAC auditorium, rows DA and DB. These rows can be reached via Door 7A (Level 7) or 6C (Level 6). No booking is required. If you would like to get more information about our interpretation service, kindly write to us here. 

In line with requirements from the authorities and for your safety, we will be conducting compulsory bag checks for our service venues.

Random person checks with handheld metal detector will also be carried out at The Star PAC. You may wish to travel light to save time!
