Mother’s Day Celebrations 2017
Mothers are God‘s blessings to us. To express our gratitude to mothers for the important role they play in our lives, New Creation Worship presented a heartwarming song item titled Kam Sia Li, which means “Thank you” in the Hokkien dialect, on Sunday, 7 May 2017.
The following Sunday, on Mother‘s Day, 14 May 2017, Senior Pastor Joseph Prince declared a prayer of blessing over the mothers at the English services. We also appreciated mums at every service venue with a specially commissioned book gift.
The Chinese Ministry celebrated Mother‘s Day at a combined Hokkien and Cantonese service, as well as their Mandarin service. After the services, mothers were also blessed with a gift of a foldable bag from the church.
At Rock Kidz, our children‘s ministry, the young ones had a lovely time making personalised photo frames to show love for their mothers.
