The Star PAC is conveniently located next to Buona Vista MRT station. It is also easily accessible by public bus and taxi. If you drive, there are ample parking lots available at the venue as well as in its vicinity. Click here to find out more.

For Parents With Children 

If you are bringing kids aged 2 months to 12 years old along, we highly recommend they attend our Rock Kidz children's classes where they can take part in age-appropriate programmes specially designed for them. 

We apologise that we are unable to accommodate young children in the theatre/ballrooms as the sound levels during live recordings and worship experiences may not be suitable for them.

Nevertheless, we do have dedicated rooms set aside for parents with kids at our venue. Please don't hesitate to ask our friendly ushers for directions.

Wheelchair-Accessible Seats

Enter The Star PAC using the designated lifts located along Rochester Drive, near the sheltered walkway that links Buona Vista MRT Station to The Star. If you require any special assistance, please approach our ushers or email us here.

Sign Language Interpretation

Sign language interpretation is available every Sunday at our 2.30pm English service at The Star PAC auditorium, rows DA and DB. These rows can be reached via Door 7A (Level 7) or 6C (Level 6). No booking is required. If you would like to get more information to our interpretation service, kindly write to us here. 

Travel Light

To save time, you may wish to travel light as we will be conducing compulsory security bag checks and random person checks using handheld metal detectors for our English services at The Star Performing Arts Centre.
