Banquet Of Honour For Our Migrant Brothers
On Labour Day, we threw a party to appreciate the migrant workers in our community for helping to build our country. Some 250 people enjoyed the festivities as well as a delicious dinner. Volunteers from our Indian Life Group also gave a special performance and led everyone in a time of worship. We praise the Lord for those who received Christ as Saviour as the gospel was shared!
Evanraj, one of the migrant brothers from India, shared his gratitude for the team behind the event:
“We were working this morning and I was actually very tired. However, once we came to the event, we forgot all the tiredness. I feel so happy and appreciated for working in Singapore. I enjoyed the preaching, dancing and the food is also very nice. I’m thankful for Singapore, the church and the Pastors.”
