Celebrating Racial And Religious Harmony In Singapore
We showed support for racial and religious harmony in Singapore by giving out ice cream and singing songs in different languages at the Punggol North Racial And Religious Harmony Street Parade. Held on Sunday, 15 July 2018, the heartland parade promotes neighbourliness and inter-faith understanding among the residents.
Council member Deacon Matthew Kang also received a token of appreciation on our behalf at the event from the guest of honour, Mr Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security.
